  • DXF import: fixed default depths error introduced in p3 version when importing entities discarding the DXF Z value.
  • CAM: added 2 new parameters for each entity: Zout and Zin for fast/slow speed changes, useful for multiple workings; this feature must be explicitly enabled.
  • Decoder and Macro: added a new function (UserColor) and a new property (UserData) to expand the flexibility to user side.
  • Record ISO machines: added support for old drilling units with independent (prime) axis.
  • Configuration import for XilogPlus 1.12+, improved axis speed and acceleration import.

  • Import DXF:
      • Added the new "DedicatedLayerImport.pcs" that allows you to specify Cam parameters in the Layer name.
      • New option that allows you to consider the Z value as depth.
      • General improvements to the import.
  • AutoCAD:
      • Added link to AutoCAD 2002 and AutoCAD 2004.
  • Asc-Asp:
      • Added new command PRIORITY: this sets the priority value for the entities, thus allowing to manage the working sequence directly from the .asc files;
      • Improved the REM command to insert remarks in the drawings and programs;
      • Added new O command to manage the origin offsets for the part program generation and CAM optimization.
  • Nesting:
      • Added 3D view commands for parts, sheets and resultant schemes;
      • New option allows to sort the parts cut-out, according to the part's total area, used area (without holes) or perimeter;
      • Improvements for the parts cut-out (free forms or drawings with holes);
      • mprovement for the "Distance from the edge" value (sheets parameter), a new checkbox allows to set the effective distance to zero thus gaining space on the sheet.
  • Labelling:
      • Added the possibility to set the paper parameters (margins and spaces) also from the label editor, in the window for the output device selection;
      • Label printing via Windows drivers: added a warning message "The printer resolution may be insufficient to get a good BarCode printout";
      • Removed the request for which label has to be printed in a sheet when the sheet contains only one label.
  • CAD:
      • Parametric: ellipses resulting from panel size changes are approximated by a lot of small lines. Added the general default variable
        "EllipseApproximationDegreesStep" to manage the precision of the approximation.
  • CAM:
      • Added an "equal priority" constrain for hole-drop creation during the CAM optimization.
  • Tool Stock:
      • New management for the selection of tools from the stock: tools can be sorted by attributes or classified by categories.
  • SUPERVISOR:
      • Added 3D view command to see the current drawing directly in 3D mode without entering the CAD environment;
      • Inserted 3D view and label printing commands in the drawing area context menu.

  • Added Xilog Plus 1.12+ import using a different approach: the Xilog Configuration and tooling .ext files must be created by Xilog. This adds greater flexibility for the upcoming new Xilog Plus versions;
  • Minor fixes (decimal digits in some dialogs, restored Osnap in Modify Panel, removed ambiguities for BO/XBO).

  • Added more strict check in the post-processor customizability: if a user wants to change something, he must first rename the post processor, because ASPAN always over-writes all the standard ones at run-time;

  • ASCASP: completely re-designed, can now be run from inside Aspan too and can make Part-Programs and BarCode labels for really any Aspan supported machine. The command line syntax and ASC file syntax has been left unchanged. At the end of the process the report file can now be printed or edited by a simple mouse click.
  • MACRO: improved the APL (Aspan Programming Language);

  • Tasche gen. multiple, ora sono generate come tasche indipendenti;
  • Potenziato import DXF da supervisore: i dati delle entità vengono importati con regole standard o tramite associazioni con Layer o tramite APL (strategia di import personalizzabile dall'utente). I DXF importati possono essere automaticamente elaborati dal nesting e si può automaticamente generare il programma macchina;
  • Se si ha come unità di misura i pollici, è possibile inserire espressioni miste pollici millimetri. Esempio: "(DX - 2 1/4) - 16mm";
